Fellowship(s) shall be awarded to students who are either seniors enrolled in an engineering program or students who have earned undergraduate degrees in civil engineering. Recipient(s) shall be either currently enrolled or qualified for admission into civil engineering via the Graduate School and are either US citizens or documented permanent residents of the US. |
