Affiliate Colleges and Departments
To further the Center’s interdisciplinary research and education mission, the Center offers a program which gives “affiliate status” to select Departments and Colleges. Affiliate status with the Center allows Departments and Colleges to receive priority consideration for Center petit research grants; graduate research assistantships; graduate fellowships; associate faculty appointments; role in creating the Center’s graduate certificate; joint opportunities to recruit graduate students; and collaborative research projects. It reflects a common interest between the College or Department and the Center for advanced scholarly work into the study of violence against women and its implications in diverse areas of science, study, and clinical practice.
