Pathology

The Pathology unit of the Division of Laboratory Animal Resources provides a wide range of services to the researcher. Some services are on a "fee for services" basis. Forms for submission to our Pathology unit for rodent species are available on this web site in the forms section, as well as on this page. Please click on the following link to view them.

*** Please note*** When filling out the request for Pathology forms, regardless of species, there are several pieces of information you may not have available to you. The only REQUIRED information for pathology submission is the name of the investigator and the protocol number. The rest of the information can be obtained at a later date if needed. The completed forms may be submitted in several ways:

You may submit the completed form with the animal and leave on the counter in the Necropsy lab, room MA15.

You may email the completed form to Request for Pathology Or you may place the form in the box outside Room MA32 in the main facility.

For mice and rats:

For Small Mammals other than mice and rats (hamsters, gerbils, etc.)
