Health Insurance for UK Graduate Students: 2009-2010 FAQs

Graduate Students fit into one of three health insurance enrollment groups. Please select one of the following enrollment groups for information specific to you.

Funded Graduate Students	International Students (mandatory)	Voluntary Enrollment Students
1. Degree–seeking 2. Enrolled in the Graduate School 3. Full-time assistantship (20 hours/week TA, RA, GA) or full institutional fellow (generally $9,000 or more)	1. NOT a Funded Graduate Student 2. J1, J2 or F1 visa status	1. NOT a Funded Graduate Student or Mandatory International Student
