Graduate School Visitation Day

November 2 - 3, 2008

COME VISIT US AND SAMPLE ALL THAT WE HAVE TO OFFER!

Students considering graduate education at UK are invited to attend the fourth annual Visitation Day which will be held on Sunday, November 2nd and Monday, November 3rd.

Visitation Day is a perfect opportunity to come and see why YOU need to be at the University of Kentucky. This exciting experience will allow you to meet with current graduate students, top faculty members, and explore current graduate programs here at UK. 

Planned informational sessions include:

• Admission policies
  
• Fellowship (assistantship/research) opportunities
  
• A tour of UK's historic campus
  
• Attend classes and labs to get an introduction to typical class instruction
• Other pertinent information about graduate programs

A featured event is a dinner that will be held on Sunday evening to give prospective graduate students an opportunity to speak with current University of Kentucky graduate students about their experiences at UK.

If you are interested in attending this event, complete the online registration form below by Friday, October 3, 2008 (deadline extended). Note that, if selected, UK will pay for your cost of transportation (some restrictions apply), hotel accommodation and meals for this event. When making travel arrangements, note you are asked to arrive in Lexington on Sunday afternoon, November 2nd, and depart on Monday evening, November 3rd. Please be aware that space is limited.
