All non-U.S. citizens, except permanent residents of the U.S., must use the International Application Form.

Applicants must hold an awarded four-year university-level degree. Transcripts or credentials must be presented for all university work. Applicants should rank in the top quarter of their class.
All applicants must submit official scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE). Business Administration and Accounting applicants must substitute the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). Applicants to Public Administration and Health Administration may substitute the GMAT for the GRE.
All applicants must present official TOEFL scores. See English Proficiency Requirement.
NOTE: Many graduate programs at the University of Kentucky require the completion of secondary (program-specific) application forms and/or the submission of additional supporting documents such as letters of recommendation. These items should be sent directly to the Director of Graduate Studies for the program of interest. In order to insure that all materials are submitted in a timely fashion, applicants are urged to contact the program of interest at the time of their initial application to the Graduate School.
