Letters of Recommendation
and Other Supporting Documents

Many graduate programs at the University of Kentucky require the completion of secondary (program-specific) application forms and/or the submission of additional supporting documents such as letters of recommendation. These items should be sent directly to the Director of Graduate Studies for the program of interest. In order to insure that all materials are submitted in a timely fashion, applicants are urged to contact the program of interest at the time of their initial application to the Graduate School.

NOTE: The Graduate School does not have a standard form for letters of recommendation. Contact the Director of Graduate Studies in the program of interest to find out the appropriate format for letters of recommendtation if required by that program.

For assistance with your application, contact the admissions officer for your program.
