Eric is the Senior Associate Director, Contracts for the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) at the University of Kentucky where he oversees the drafting, review, negotiation and maintenance of intellectual property-related contracts including agreements for licensing, material transfer, confidential disclosure and inter-institutional agreements.  Previously, he was a technology manager for engineering and physical sciences at the University of Louisville.

Eric is a registered patent attorney and has been recognized as a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP).  He received a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky and a J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law.
