Dr. Lindell Ormsbee, Ph.D.

The first Director of the Tracy Farmer Center, Dr. Ormsbee has once again taken over leadership as the Executive Director of the Tracy Farmer Institute for Sustainability and the Environment. Dr. Ormsbee also serves in leadership positions in several other environmetnal management groups including directorship of the Kentucky Water Resources Research Institute, The Kentucky Center for Excellence, Watershed Management, and is an Associate Director of the UK Superfund Research Center. Dr. Ormsbee has made a career-long commitment to the natural environment of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and he has an extensive network of academic and industry contacts to aid TFISE in acheiving the next phase of its strategic plan.
