Natalie is a senior contracts coordinator for the Office of Technology Commercialization (OTC) at the University of Kentucky (UK) where she is focused on working with faculty innovators, potential licensees, and other institutions and third parties to draft, negotiate, and execute agreements (including NDAs) to facilitate research and move technologies of the University to the market. 

Prior to joining UK, Natalie worked as a transactional attorney with Franklin & Rapp. While in private practice, Natalie focused on real estate, financial services, creditors’ rights, and general corporate law. She has extensive experience in contracts, commercial and residential real estate, due diligence, property rights, compliance, foreclosures, collections, and workouts. Natalie received her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Georgetown College.
