Shelton Owen is a Fellow with the Intellectual Property Development Team in the Office of Technology Commercialization. She is a second-year law student at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law with an interest in the intellectual property practice area. Shelton has a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering with minors in business and mathematics from The University of Alabama.
