Electronic Internal Approval Form (e-IAF)

The Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) in conjunction with Enterprise Applications Group (EAG) has developed a web-based version of the Internal Approval Form (e-IAF) that will allow routing via workflow and electronic signatures. The goal of the e-IAF process is to reduce the administrative burden on researchers and staff. The use of the e-IAF form will be required as of November 1, 2011.

Training classes are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. These training sessions are open to everyone – no need to register. All training sessions will be held in Room 72 McVey Hall. The training session normally lasts about an hour.

For guidance with the e-IAF process outside the training sessions, faculty and staff should contact their College Grants Officer (CGO) to assist them. If there is not a CGO, the Research Administrator (RA) should be contacted to assist. Click here to look up a department's RA. More information about the e-IAF can be found on the OSPA forms page.
