Barbara Duncan, Ph.D.

Barb earned a doctorate from the University of Illinois with a focus on literacy research and education policy. She has taught courses in educational policy, history, and undergraduate writing and has worked extensively with the Journal of Educational Theory. As Associate Director at PDO, she is engaged with extensive proposal development across a wide range of disciplines and funding mechanisms, including project management support for a number of UK’s large complex institutional and/or multidisciplinary grant applications.
