Sustainability Challenge Grant Program
The Sustainability Challenge Grant Program is a collaborative effort of the President's Sustainability Advisory Committee, The Tracy Farmer Institute for Sustainability and the Environment and the Office of Sustainability, designed to encourage the creation and implementation of ideas that will promote the three pillars of sustainability, simultaneously advancing economic vitality, ecological integrity and social equity. Funding support for the program is provided by the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration, the Provost, the Vice President for Research and the Student Sustainability Council.
Who Can Apply?
The SCG Program is intended to engage multidisciplinary teams for the University of Kentucky Community, therefore all members are encouraged to develop project ideas! Project teams must be led by a faculty or staff member whose home unit/department agrees to manage the dispersal of funds. Student involvement is strongly encouraged.
