Allison is the Executive Administrative Assistant for UK Innovate at the University of Kentucky, where she is focused on providing administrative support to the associate vice president for research, innovation and economic impact. Allison recently completed the 2021 Project Management Professional Learning Series through UK's Gatton College of Business and Economics.

Before joining UK Innovate/Office of Technology Commercialization, she was the administrative assistant for Radiology at UK. Allison's career before UK consists of working at TriHealth supporting the controller and vice president of population health, managing a leadership development for state officials with the Council of State Governments, and was selected to Commerce Lexington Leadership. She has a Bachelor of Science in financial planning from UK's College of Human Environmental Sciences.
