Alicia Gregory is the director of Research Communications, which reports jointly to the Chief Communications Officer in Public Relations & Strategic Communications and the Office of the Vice President for Research. She has B.S. in Journalism and Broadcast Communications, and she was hired into Research Communications as a writer for Odyssey magazine (UK’s research magazine) in 1996.

She has worn many hats at UK: writer, proofreader, interviewer, art director, photographer, editor, web designer, podcast producer and video producer. The common thread in all of these jobs is communicating science and scholarship to general audiences.
