  • Research Administration Human Resources Manager

The Research Administration Human Resources Manager provides personnel services to Research Administration departments including the development of position descriptions, coordinating promotions, reclassifications, and hiring efforts, along with onboarding new employees. Additionally, the Research Administration Human Resources Manager is responsible for ensuring accuracy of monthly and biweekly payroll. Financial support includes reconciling salary cost centers and managing salary budgets throughout the year.  The Research Administration Human Resources Manager is a liaison between Research Administration directors and UK Human Resources providing interpretation of UK policies and procedures. This position also supports the Research Area Human Resources Director by providing HR transaction review and approval for Research Centers & Institutes as needed.
