The Administrative Staff Support provides budget and financial assistance to smaller Research units, including, but not limited to, Procard editing, payment and order processing using SRM Shopping carts and PRDs, and preparation of journal vouchers and budget transfers as well as monthly account reconciliations for assigned units. Duties also include providing clerical support to the Associate VP for Research and Director of RAFA and the Research HR Director. This includes managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and composing, editing and processing correspondence. This position is also responsible for reviewing biweekly payroll and notifying employees of any discrepancies to ensure payroll is processed correctly.  Additional responsibilities include serving as back-up to the Research Runner for campus deliveries.
