Christine Wildes, Ph.D., is the Associate Director for Innovation Training with UK Innovate at the University of Kentucky (UK). Her focus is to lead innovation and entrepreneurial training programs and initiatives, including coordinating current programs and leading the development of new translational research training programs through partnership and extramurally funded mechanisms.

She is  Adjunct Faculty, Gatton College of Business and Economics and was previously Project Manager, Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship. Prior to UK, Christine was Vice President of Operations, Moon Eyed Imagineering Company, Assistant State Director, Kentucky Innovation Network, Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation and Director of Admissions at Globe University and Spencerian College. She has a B.S. in early childhood education/psychology and an M.E. in education management/human resources from the University of Wisconsin Stout, an MBA from Minnesota School of Business, and a Ph.D. in education/training and performance improvement from Capella University.
