Surgery Cancellation Policy

After you reserve our facility, you will get a "Confirmation Requested" email if someone else requests the same date/time. If you confirm your reservation, or do not cancel, you will be charged up to 2 hours surgery time. If DLAR does not send you a "Confirmation Requested" email, and you cancel within 3 working days of your reserved time, you may be charged a "set up" fee of one tech hour plus any supplies ordered for your surgery.

IACUC Annual Protocols Requirement Change

With the passing of the 21st Century Cures Act and aligning with NIH/PHS Policy, the USDA is no longer requiring annual review of IACUC protocols. Principal investigators (PIs) will not submit information for annual review and approval in the Cayuse system.
