Judy Duncan

Research Fiscal Officer

Judy is responsible for the development and implementation the Research area budgets, which includes the Research Centers & Institutes, Research Administration and UKRF. Judy manages the day to day operations of the Research Administrative and Fiscal Affairs (RAFA) office providing business process and human resource support to all units reporting to the VPR. 

Judy has a BA in Accounting and has worked at the University of Kentucky since 1986.  She has been with Research since 2007.
