Building a Diverse Community Through Scholarship and Student Support
In recent weeks, the University of Kentucky has taken a number of substantive steps to demonstrate its commitment toward becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive campus community by investing in research around issues of racial disparities and inequities, partnering with national organizations to examine and address issues of educational access, and re-aligning the institution’s senior administration to better reflect a more diverse campus.
Join us for a lively discussion on the importance of diversity initiatives at UK and how they can best support student success now and in the future.
This program is co-sponsored by the UK Alumni Association and the UK Office for Institutional Diversity.
