UK Infectious Diseases Research Day 2020: The COVID-19 Pandemic - What have we learned?

The theme of this year's ID Research Day is: The COVID-19 pandemic - What have we learned? Speakers for the event include Dr. Vineet Menarchery from the University of Texas Medical Branch and Dr. Dan Barouch from the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, as well as UK's own Dr. Diane Francis and Dr. Wally Whiteheart. There will also be a COVID-19 panel discussion with Dr. Lisa Cassis, Dr. Donna Arnett, and Dr. Zach Porterfield. All presentations will be via Zoom.

This year we have also added a 24-hour Twitter poster competition which will be open from noon on November 4th to noon on November 5th. Use #UKIDday2020 to submit your poster for review. All UK students and postdocs are eligible for prizes.
