As of October 8, 2019, all sponsored project proposals to external funders must have a final proposal accompanied by a fully routed Internal Approval Form submitted to the Research Administrator in OSPA at least three business days prior to the sponsor’s deadline.

OSPA Research Administrators will use this time to ensure that proposals are submitted to external funders in a timely, error-free and compliant fashion.
