2020 IRC Funding Results
IRC Symposium was held on September 23, 2020, where collaborative research teams who were funded in 2019 presented their results. An IRC Networking Event was held on September 30, 2020. Participation in this event was not required for proposal submission.
2020 IRC Pilot Applications were due October 28, 2020. Sixty-four proposals were submitted and reviewed by the Associate Deans for Research of the participating colleges or their designee. Twenty proposals (31% of those submitted) were selected for funding, awarding nearly $561,000 for these pilot awards. These proposals involve 13 colleges and 66 UK faculty: 22 COM faculty, 8 COE faculty, 6 COP faculty, 6 CAFÉ faculty, 4 A&S faculty, 4 CHS faculty, 4 COD faculty, 3 CFA faculty, 3 COEd faculty, 2 CPH faculty and 2 C&I faculty, 1 CON faculty, 1 CSW faculty.
