iThenticate 2.0

If you had a UK iThenticate account before April 30, 2026, you should have received an email titled “Welcome to iThenticate” from "noreply@turnitin.com" inviting you to activate your new iThenticate 2.0 account.

Please ensure that you activate your account by May 7, 2026. After this date, the email will expire, and you will need to contact UK iThenticate Support to request that the welcome email be resent to you.

After you activate your account, please take some time to review the support resources below, that will guide you through the new and improved features of iThenticate 2.0.

The UK iThenticate subscription is for researchers and graduate students. iThenticate can compare content against 217 million articles, books, conference proceedings, etc, and 90+ billion current/archived web pages to ensure the integrity of their work prior to publication.

Who can access iThenticate?

Researchers or graduate students who are compliant with the online RCR requirement through CITI may have access to iThenticate. Submit the form below to request access to iThenticate.
