CRSO/CTMS Implementation Update

A look back:

• On May 8, 2018, leadership hosted a town hall in Karpf Auditorium to launch UK’s efforts to develop a Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) as well as the enterprise deployment of the OnCore Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS).
• These efforts are a collaboration between UK HealthCare, College of Medicine, the UK Vice President for Research, and the Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS).
• As UK leadership outlined at the town hall, these investments will strengthen UK’s ability to support investigators, research coordinators, and administrators alike and expand clinical trial offerings to our patients with a focus on service, efficiency, and growth.

To keep you informed of our progress, monthly communications will outline key achievements, milestones, and later in the implementation, roll out dates, training opportunities, and in-person town hall information sessions. The UK TRACTS CRSO/CTMS Implementation Hub will provide a repository of useful information, including communications, project time lines, a question and answer forum, and project contact list.
